Synthetic special covered electrodes available in AISI 308l or AISI 316l version with low carbon (less than 0,03 %). A new coat that has revolutionized stainless steel welding allowing to use it everywhere, in every environment and with every welding machine. 160 % of recovery gives high deposit rates and high productivity. High amperage without damage of cover can beused. It also allows low amperage, no porosity, no hygroscopic with beautiful shape of passes. It doesn`t spatter.

- Weldability

Stainless steel core - wire AISI 308l - 16 low carbon (0,03) studied for easy welding and instataneous striking also when used with small welding machines, giving the possibility of welding with low amperage. In this way chromium and nickel don`t get impoverished. It doesn`t spatter and more it can be used for the whole lenght without overheating.

Soder 68
- Stainless steel pipes
|
AISI 316l - 16 low carbon (0,03) stainless steel core - wire. Suitable for against - corrosion welding (sea water, solphoric acid) in all positions and for pipes. The low carbon content limits chromium, nickel and molibdenum evoporation on the edges of passes so that corrosion will not start in these critical spots.
