Soder 210
- High temperatures
|
Austenitic m.i.g. solid wire for refractory stainless steel AISI 310 and 310s in exercise temperature over 1250 ° C. Suited for ovens construction, basket for temper and chemical factorys. In case of cracks repair on old refractory steel, it is better to deeply dig while preparing, and to warm up before welding (around 400 °C).

Soder 208/208A
- Chromium Nickel
|
AISI 308lsi stainless steel wire with low carbon (0,015). The surface of this new wire is treated to avoid gripping inside torches sheaths. For this reason why we suggest both manual and automatic use. Flux cored wire version gives more shape and best productivity in manual welding.

- Chromium Nickel Austenitic
|
M.i.g. AISI 309lsi low carbon (0,018) wire for welding of austenitic stainless steel with high temperature strenght (1050 °C). Suitable also for alloyed steels junctions and for buttering before hard materials recharges with against - abrasion electrodes or wire. In this case we siggest the " flux cored " wire version Soder.209A. Available also molibdenum version Soder.209Mo for mixed welding between AISI 316l and carbon steels.

Soder 216/216A
- Chromium Nickel Molibdenum
|
AISI 316lsi stainless steel wire with low carbon (0,020). This wire is treated to avoid grip inside torches against sea water corrosion or against acid. Thanks to the low carbon content, when used with the right amperage, it can avoid alloys evaporation on passes border in order to eliminate the impoverishment which is a source of corrosion. Flux cored wire version gives, as usual, more shape.
