Soder 46
- Against seizing
|
Covered electrode for hardfacing against wear metal to metal, high hardness (300 Hb). Its against-seizing property make this bronze perfect for bending sheet moulds, steel factory , plastic moulds (where it is impossible to reach with cooling) , helix, turbines for sea water, for every situation where it is impossible to weld directly on steel, hard bronze (if thicker than 4 mm. Soder.46MN buttering is suggested), on cast iron (buttering with our Soder.21 ) and on stainless steel.

Soder 45
- Copper
|
Basic covered electrode with pure copper wire for welding electric conductor alloys. The mechanical properties of deposit, either in joining or in surfacing, are suited for good conductivity jobs, for instance electric contacts and electrolysis bath. If great thickness is required, it necessary to warm-up around 500°C.
